VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Please note:
If you find yourself unable to complete all 5 days of camp, your camper will be charged the full amount for camp.
If you register to volunteer and are unable to fulfill the commitment, your child will be moved to the end of the wait list and charged the full amount for camp if space becomes available.
If you withdraw as a volunteer within 2 weeks of the start of camp, your child(rens) registration will be cancelled.
Unfortunately we can not consider any exceptions to these guidelines.
CAMPER REGISTRATION
BEGINS 9:00 am February 13, 2020
CAMPER REGISTRATION
Rising 1st through 6th grade Girl Scouts in the 172 service unit only.
$200 per camper
6/1/2020 - 6/5/2020 9 am - 3 pm
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your child’s registration, we will do our best to fill your child’s spot from our wait list. If we are able to find a replacement we will refund $180.00 of your registration fee (there is a $20.00 charge for processing and t shirt). If we are unable to find a replacement, you will not be reimbursed your registration fee. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy.
Girls outside of the SU 172 must have a parent volunteer all 5 days of camp.
Program Aide (PA) Registration
Begins 9:00 AM February 6, 2020 and Ends 9 PM February 10, 2020
PROGRAM AIDE REGISTRATION
Rising 7th-8th grade girls
Must be able to attend all 5 FULL days of camp.
Must be able to attend the Mandatory training March 7, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (1:00 - 2:00 returning and new PAs, 2:00-4:00 new PAs only).
Must be able to attend camp setup May 31, 2020 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
$65 per PA
Admission will be based on:
Grade Level
Training (LIA and PA core)
Experience (have they worked camp before)
WE WILL EMAIL ALL PROGRAM AIDES WITH AN OFFICIAL ADMISSION TO CAMP.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse registration fee to PA’s who are no longer able to attend camp.
